Refunds & Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you prefer to exchange your item, please let us know, and we’ll arrange a suitable alternative.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as a comisioned painting or print.
